Our Regular Maintenance Cleaning service is designed to keep your home consistently fresh, clean, and comfortable. Perfect for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits, this service focuses on maintaining cleanliness in all living areas while paying special attention to kitchens and bathrooms.

For the first cleaning, we do not recommend to start with regular right away but start with either initial or a deep cleaning to reset your home.
An initial cleaning may take 1-2 hours longer than regular monthly cleaning, deep cleaning takes twice more time than regular monthly cleaning due to removing accumulated grease, scale and dust.
After the first clean, you can switch to regular maintenance cleaning at lower than initial, one-time cleaning (less often than 1 month) or deep cleaning rates and for less hours:

Example:
1500-2000 square feet house without basement. 3 bedrooms, bonus room. 2.5 bathrooms (1 Master bathroom,
1 regular bathroom, 1 powder room), stairs, hallways, mudroom, food pantry.
Initial standard cleaning will take 6 - 7 hours;
Regular monthly cleaning may take 5 - 5.5 hours.
Bi-weekly may take 4.5 - 5 hours.
The range is still there due to every home being unique and having different circumstances such as not maintaining cleanliness, having pets, having toddlers, or any other circumstances. We are ready to take any conditions and customize to your needs!
